About This Product

Safe by preventing overstroke. Convenient automatic return spring built-in type. Automatic reset function eliminates the need to return the puller. Increased work speed.

■Convenient automatic return spring built-in

This is a high-end model with a built-in automatic return spring, so there is no need to return the puller to zero stroke every time. Since it is automatically reset, you can start the next bolt tightening work immediately, increasing work efficiency and speed.

■Prevent overstroke

Includes piston overstroke prevention limiter and maximum stroke indicator. You can work safely by preventing overstroke caused by forgetting to return it.

■Replaceable puller type with high versatility

Just by replacing the puller, one load cell can accommodate many different bolt sizes. Highly versatile and easy to work with.

■Tighten multiple bolts at the same time

By connecting bolt tensioners, multiple bolts can be tightened simultaneously and uniformly. (44 units have been connected) Uneven tightening of the flange does not occur. Work time can be significantly reduced.

■Terms of use

- The length of the bolt protruding from the top of the nut is greater than the bolt diameter. The length of the effective tightening part (thickness of the fastened object) must be at least 4 times the bolt diameter. ・Please select a product with 30% or more of the required axial force value for fastening. ・All models are safe because you can confirm with the red indicator warning line when the maximum piston stroke is reached. - Weight does not include puller parts. ・Maximum stroke is 10mm.
