About This Product

■Applications

It can be used to fix special shaped or tapered workpieces, or as a holder for end face processing of round bar or flat plate workpieces.

■Features

・The fixing pressure applied to the workpiece is due to magnetic force. Therefore, unlike mechanical tightening, there is no need to force it. (It is not possible to hold non-magnetic material workpieces.) ・The switching handle can be operated from both sides. - Can be attached to a magnetic chuck on a machine tool by suction. ・Magnetic force: Due to the built-in strong permanent magnet, the side slipping resistance is 575N (57.5kgf) for a 30mm x 30mm x 130mm iron square bar, and 480N (48kgf) for a φ30 x 130mm iron round bar, making it sufficient for grinding work. Masu.
