About This Product

■Suppresses heat generation and lowers rotor temperature. Possible to reduce allowable leakage amount by 5 to 17 times

- Our metal brush seals are designed to increase the efficiency of your engine or compressor. ・By updating the labyrinth seal to this product, the allowable leakage amount can be reduced by 5 to 17 times, making it possible to significantly improve the efficiency and output of engines and compressors. ・The brush pack consists of wire brushes with a wire diameter of 2.8 to 5.6 mm, and the brush material is a cobalt/nickel alloy that has a suitable combination of wear characteristics and oxidation resistance.

・Long life due to low wear ・Ensuring stable flow rate ・High degree of design freedom for high pressure applications ・Suppresses heat generation and lowers rotor temperature ・The brush pack consists of wire brushes with a wire diameter of 2.8 to 5.6 mm. ・The material of the brush is a cobalt/nickel alloy that has a suitable combination of wear characteristics and oxidation resistance. ・The back plate and side plate are usually made of stainless steel or nickel alloy, and are selected according to the stator material considering thermal expansion. ・Can be manufactured as a single unit or multiple segments ・Optionally, the brush can be mounted on the inner diameter side, outer diameter side, or axial direction.
