About This Product

■Cross sections and diameters can be customized. A wear-resistant coating with excellent tribological properties can be created.

・E-FLEX TM is an E-ring with a cross-sectional shape and wall thickness that take springback and low design tightening pressure into consideration. - Materials are X750, 718, Waspaloy. - Pressure range is 100bar (1,450 PSI). ・Wear-resistant coating with excellent tribological properties is available, and cross sections and diameters can be customized.

■Features

・High springback/low design tightening pressure ・Cross-sectional shape and wall thickness considering springback and low design tightening pressure ・Both for internal pressure and external pressure can be manufactured. ・Large diameter for turbines available (>2,000mm/>78.74in) ・Pressure range: 100bar (1,450 PSI) ・Bubble tight ・Abrasion-resistant coating with excellent tribological properties is possible. ・Cross sections and diameters can be customized.
