About This Product

■Introducing C-rings with cross sections and wall thicknesses that take compressive loads into consideration.

-The sealing concept of FLEX TM is the elastic deformation of a metal seal with a C-shaped cross section. ・Compensate with the internal pressure of the equipment to adapt to the low design clamping pressure and the uneven surface of the flange. -Used in a wide range of applications including crude oil extraction, industrial turbines, valves, aerospace, automobiles, SOFC and fuel cells (750℃ 40,000 hours).

■Features

・Unique C-shaped cross-sectional structure ・Cross-sectional diameter and wall thickness considering low design tightening pressure ・Internal pressure, external pressure, and axial direction are also available. ・Low design tightening pressure ・Pressure range: Medium vacuum to 200MPa (2,000bar) ・Temperature range: -273 to 730°C (-46 to 1350°F) ・A structure in which the operating pressure on the equipment side provides supplementary force to C-FLEX to improve sealing performance.
