About This Product

■Vacuum rubber O-ring Want to eliminate gas permeation and gas release. It is possible with Delta Beta HNRV.

Delta Beta HNRV is a combination of Delta Seal, which originally has a low design tightening pressure (Y), and special processing of the internal spring, replacing the rubber O-RING and improving performance. This metal seal is recommended for those who have concerns such as ``I want to eliminate gas permeation and gas release from vacuum rubber O-RING'' and ``I can't change the number or size of bolts on an existing flange.''

・Mainly for ultra-high vacuum ・Design tightening pressure lower than before ・Can be replaced with an elastomer O-ring ・There are two delta-shaped protrusions on the contact side of the cross section.
