About This Product

■ The world's first cordless automatic hydraulic pump for hydraulic torque wrenches

・Hydraulic pump for battery-powered hydraulic torque wrench with automatic operation mode. ・Plarad's hydraulic torque wrench can be operated in automatic/manual operation mode. ・Includes 3 5.2Ah lithium-ion batteries and 100V charger. ・High speed, high pressure, maximum discharge rate 80MPa = 1L/min, ・Digital type that allows detailed settings in increments of 0.1MPa and 1Bar.

■ Ultra-lightweight, weighing only 8kg (10kg including battery)

Pumps made by other companies weigh around 30 kg, so PLARADO is 1/3 lighter and 2 to 4 times faster. It can drive up to the large hydraulic torque wrench PL950SC (maximum torque 9500Nm).

■ Equipped with wireless remote control

No power cord or remote control cord required.

■ No need for long extension cord reels when tightening bolts for wind power generation

Unlike traditional hydraulic pumps, there is no need to worry about voltage drop due to extension cords. No need for long extension cord reels even when you are away from a generator or power source. Plarad's pump is very light and can be held with one hand. The new cordless hydraulic pump XA1 can significantly reduce work time.

■ Applications of hydraulic torque wrench

- For tightening and loosening large bolts with height restrictions. - For tightening and loosening anchor bolts and double nuts. ・As a highly accurate torque management tool. - For bolt tightening work in narrow spaces. ・Construction and maintenance of plant factories, offshore wind power plants, onshore wind power plants, nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, hydroelectric power plants, turbine maintenance, steel plants, heavy chemical industries, construction machinery assembly and maintenance, construction cranes such as large bolt tightening work.
