About This Product

We provide plating services for plastic resins at three sites in Japan and overseas. Under a rigorous quality control system, we can provide high-quality plating as a one-stop service. Strengths

Our engineers work together with partner companies in each field to handle the entire process from mold making to assembly. By designing products suited to plating from the design stage, we contribute to quality improvement and cost reduction.

■Quality Control

We strive to improve the quality management of our products and services. We also ensure thorough product quality control by conducting physical property tests and analytical tests using the latest equipment.

■Technical Verification

We have a small-scale manual custom line that can be used for pre-mass-production "condition-setting" prototyping. We also have extensive experience in small-lot production, processing research on difficult materials, and prototyping of decorative plating with a focus on design aesthetics.

"A major automotive parts manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo" The customer had previously outsourced plating to another company, but numerous defects they could not resolve kept occurring, and they approached us while searching for a solution. ・Requested Product Automotive parts (decorative parts around lamps) ・Challenges and Countermeasures 1. Under the previous production system, appearance defects frequently occurred on the plated surface, causing yield problems. 2. By reviewing not only the plating process but also the jig design from the ground up, we achieved a reduction in defects. 3. The customer highly evaluated the results of this project, and we were entrusted with processing for the next model.
