Mugen Flow® MGF is a high -performance model bead mill that has dramatically improved production efficiency than conventional machines. It also supports slurry with high viscosity and high concentration that overturns the common sense of slurry composition, and can be miniaturized to the nano / submichron area.
Because the bead separation capacity is excellent, it is not only possible to circulate large -flow even with a small diameter beads (φ0.1 mm), but can also operate at a low peripheral speed. Not only driving that suppresses temperature rise, but also the pressure is stable.
■ Characteristics
・ Large flow circulation operation possible: If the crushing room capacity is 10L, about 100L/min is possible.
・ Compatible with high concentration and high viscosity slurry (100,000MPa ・ S)
・ Fine beads (φ0.1mm) available: Stable operation can be performed even by using small beads with difficult control.
・ Because the flow rate can be spilled in high viscosity, the number of passes can be increased compared to low flow machines.
・ It is unlikely that pressure will increase due to the high separation ability
・ Compared to a low flow machine, the stay in the mill can be shorter, so the temperature rise can be reduced.
・ Effective for raw materials that are easy to settle because it can handle high flow
・ Lineup from tabletop -sized experimental machines to large production machines
