About This Product

Fixes firmly to concrete surfaces. A recommended adhesive. The successor to AZM500, now available in a large-capacity version. Use it to install safety products used outdoors, such as delineators, reflectors, road studs, and curb studs. Please allow 2 to 3 days from the time of order.

■ApplicationsBonding road studs (metal and resin) to concrete and asphalt

■Directions for Use・Remove dust and dirt from the installation area. If it is wet, remove the moisture and allow it to dry thoroughly.
・Mix the base resin and hardener thoroughly at a ratio of 1:1 using a spatula or similar tool. Take care to avoid insufficient mixing.
・Apply the mixed adhesive to the installation area to a thickness of 2 mm to 3 mm, then press the road stud firmly into place.
・Do not move the road stud until the adhesive has cured. When installing on a sloped surface or similar, temporarily secure the road stud with packing tape or similar until the adhesive has cured so that it does not move.

■Precautions・Dry the installation area thoroughly. Do not carry out installation in rainy weather.
・Wear protective gloves and protective eyewear while working.
・After mixing the base resin and hardener, complete the installation within the pot life (60 minutes at 10°C, 15 minutes at 30°C) .
・Poor mixing causes reduced adhesive performance. Mix the base resin and hardener thoroughly.
・Take care not to let the adhesive adhere to anything other than the bonding surface of the installation area. In particular, if adhesive gets on the reflective surface of a road stud, the road stud will lose its intended function, so work with great care. If adhesive does adhere, remove it completely with a rag or similar.
・Some road studs are made of materials that dissolve when wiped with thinner, so do not use thinner.
・At 5°C or below the curing time becomes extremely slow, so avoid installation under such conditions.
・Take care not to spill the product when taking it out of or putting it back into the container. If it is spilled, scatter sand or similar over it before disposing of it.
・Internal pressure may have built up, so take great care when opening the lid.
・In the event of a fire, use a carbon dioxide, foam, or dry powder extinguisher.
・Never use the product for any purpose other than its intended use.
One set allows approximately 20 units to be installed. When using indoors, ventilate the area while working.
