Features of Sasuga Super Bad Grease

■Squeal-stopping effect over a wide temperature range

Good lubrication performance can be obtained over a wide range from -30℃ to +900℃.

■Excellent heat resistance performance

The three-dimensional structure unique to pad grease provides stability in high temperature ranges. Due to its physical property of having no dropping point, it always adheres to the surface without softening or washing away at high temperatures.

■Excellent wear resistance

The combination of fine polymer powder solid lubricants (PTEF, etc.) prevents abnormal friction and seizure under high loads, and is effective in preventing squealing.

■Special adhesiveness

Strongly adheres to metal surfaces and does not peel off easily. Also, there is no scattering or washing away at high temperatures, preventing dust from entering lubricated surfaces.

■Durability

Extremely stable chemical composition prevents oxidative polymerization and sludge formation at high temperatures.
