About This Product
Compared to other companies inverter products, it is more economical with less failure and less power consumption. Standard products can be changed, such as slightly shifting ratio, rotation speed, changing lever mounting position, and level gauge position. By changing the gear ratio and the number of gear gears, you can also modify the standard product. You can also design and manufacture custom -made items from one unit.
Regarding standard products (except for some), it is possible to change the position of a slight shift ratio, rotation speed, the mounting position of the change lever, and the position of the level gauge. By changing the gear ratio of standard products and the number of gear gears, you can also modify standard products. For speeding machines, the output MAX speed is up to 3,000 rpm.
Samai Seisakusho, Oya Seisakusho, Daito Seiki, Taniguchi deceleration machine, San Spirit machine can be produced equivalent.
■ About pulley, painting, auxiliary axis
・ Currently, pulley is not attached as standard. If you need a pulley, please contact the installation pulley size.

・ MS-415: ① Only the speed is 2.95 times the speed increased by reversing the input and output.
・ MS-415K: ① Only speed (change gears) Input and output will be 2.57 times the speed increased.
■ Inverse use of standard products
Our standard products can be used by using the input / output in reverse, using the deceleration mechanism as a speeddresser, and the speeddresser as a deceleration machine.
■ Non -stop transmission (slide key system)
Non -stop transmission that can be instantaneous and accurate even during rotation (some products)
Some standard products such as MS-402 type and MS-405 type are slide key method, so accurate shifting operations are possible during rotation and stopping.

■ Inspection of oil amount
To check the amount of oil, use the center of the oil surface meter when the machine is stopped (when the oil surface is stable). In addition, during the machine operation, the oil is stirred due to the rotation of the gear, so as far as the oil surface is viewed, it may go up and down significantly, but there is no problem.
