No need for troublesome image quality adjustments. As a VGA monitor distribution extender, as a KVM extender. Extends distribution to up to 8 devices. Up to 500m via HUB, mouse/KB connection also possible. There is no need to adjust the image quality at the extension destination.
■Extend your VGA monitor up to 500m.
IPAV-203 is an extender that extends a VGA (analog RGB) monitor using a commercially available LAN cable.
Since AV data is sent as IP packets, there is no need to adjust the image quality of the monitor at the extension destination, and you can extend a VGA monitor up to 500m using a HUB. Compression/expansion is performed, but the video time lag is about 0.3 seconds. It cannot be confirmed with the naked eye.
There are no settings required, just connect and extend your VGA monitor to a remote location.
The LAN cables used are CAT-5e/6/7, all of which can be extended to full HD (1,920 x 1,080).
Since it can be extended using a LAN cable, it can be proposed for locations where installation and routing are difficult, or where optical cables are environmentally difficult.
*Cannot be mixed with internal LAN, WAN, etc. Please build and use a line exclusively for IPAV-203.
*HUB recommends NETGEAR products that are well-versed in long-distance video transmission using IP networks.
■Distribution extension
If you want to display images on multiple extension destinations, distribute and extend them via HUB.
The distance between transmitter and HUB and between HUB and receiver is 200m, and can be extended up to 400m.
Up to 8 receivers can be connected. If you want to add more monitors, just add more receivers.
■Connect mouse/keyboard to extension destination
You can connect a mouse/keyboard (hereinafter referred to as KB) to the IPAV-203 and operate the PC from a remote location.
With 1:1, you can operate your PC from 200m away, or up to 400m via HUB. There is almost no time lag, so mouse movements do not become unnatural.
