About This Product
■With CAT-6 up to 60m, no time lag Also compatible with PoC
PKM1080-TR is an extender for HDMI monitor, mouse, and KB. Using a commercially available LAN cable, it is possible to extend up to 50m with CAT-5e and 60m with CAT-6. Since it is uncompressed, there is no video or mouse/KB time lag at the extension destination.
The PKM1080-TR uses PoC (Power Over Coax: superimposing signal and power on the cable), so it can operate by simply supplying power to either TX or RX. Supports resolutions up to 1,920 x 1,080 and includes a local output port.
■Only one power source
By adopting PoC, the PKM1080-TR operates by supplying power at the source and destination where power is available. Please use the power supply in a place where you can secure the power supply.
■Convert and extend
A status will be displayed on the extended monitor to inform you of the current situation. Please note that audio cannot be output when using DVI conversion.
