About This Product

The "CMOS Camera Positioning Kit" (optional) can be installed in the RSD-SUNMAX-GS / RS series, so that accurate positioning of the processing position can be performed. * The CMOS Camera Positioning Kit is suitable for the use of seals from the existing "seal laser sculpture kit" and is suitable for general -purpose positioning applications (the RS series cannot have a seal laser sculpture).

■ CMOS Camera positions that do not use the positioning of the camera

When laser processing of one item or minority lot, if it is necessary to adjust the position of processing, do not bother to make a positioning jig, but generally the paper laid on the table is set. Cut into a square or circle, and place the processed material there to position it. This method is very simple and useful when the processed material has a simple shape such as a square. However, if the processed material has a complicated shape and it is difficult to put it properly in the square, or if it is necessary to fix it with a vise, etc., it is not possible to independently or quietly. The method cannot be used. While checking the camera image, you can adjust the position by positioning.

■ Advantages of applying camera positioning

・ If you use a camera to adjust, you can make accurate positioning than to position without using a camera, and the possibility of failure (position gap) will be greatly reduced. ・ Because there is no need to make a positioning jig, it is possible to efficiently produce when processing the complex processing material of one item and a small lot. ・ If it is necessary to match the accuracy of 0.1 mm or less as a seal, the accuracy of the origin of the laser processing machine itself is not so high, so it is not possible. Even if high -precision positioning jig is produced, it is impossible to adjust the position with a high -precision position due to the variation of the origin position. ・ If the position accuracy of the seal level is required, a camera is required. * It does not support RSD-SUNMAX-QS, LT, RD series, or RSD-SUNMAX-GS-CMOS.
