About This Product
■ About control functions
・ The mechanical specifications are the same as LT1390 MPC15 and LT1390 V2, but the controller is different and the control software is different. Therefore, there is a difference in the control function.
・ Equipped with an RDC6442S-B controller, the same as the RSD-SUNMAX-RD series, and use RDWORKDV8 for control software.
■ A full -fledged laser processor can be obtained with a simple price
・ RSD-SUNMAX-LT is a low-cost type of the Laser processor SUNMAX series.
・ Unlike the GS and RS type, the manufacturing cost is reduced using a frame structure housing. In addition, the cost reduction is measured by simplifying functions and attached devices.
・ There is no big difference from the GS / RS series about the processing, processing accuracy, and laser processing quality.
■ The LT series can be roughly divided into two types of lineup
・ LT5030 ・ 6040: It is a compact tabletop type 40W laser processor that can be carried by two adults.
・ LT1390: 1300 x 900mm is a 80W laser processing machine that can process a wide work area.
■ Compatible with layer processing
By setting multiple processing modes and settings with layers, various processing can be performed automatically on sequential. As a result, there is no need to prepare multiple processed data and process it by overlapping, and productivity is improved.
■ Processing example
・ After the sculpture, continue the outline.
・ Change the output and speed for each layer and control the sculpture depth.
・ Control the finish of processing by mixing sculptures and inclined sculptures.
