About This Product
■ Equipped with CMOS camera
The "-cmos" of the RSD-SUNMAX-GS-CMOS series represents a CMOS camera (Camera) and is equipped with a CMOS camera on the laser head. The contour of the design in the processed material is detected from the video of the CMOS camera, and continuously cut the continuous cutting.
■ Control software
The RSD-SUNMAX-GS-CMOS series comes with a dedicated control software "VisionLaserCut". VisionLaserCut automatically detects the contours of the design and performs processing.
■ Two processing modes
VISIONLASERCUT has two processing modes. The first is the main function, "image matching disconnection mode". In this mode, using a camera video to automatically detects the contour of the design and performs cutting. The other is "data disconnection mode". This is the same as a regular laser processor, cuts out the created outline data. By using two processing modes, various cutting processing is possible.
■ Two types of processing origin can be selected
You can set a processing origin in the absolute coordinate position of the work area, or set any current laser head position as a processing origin (instant starting point). This makes it possible to make a flexible processing, and it is easy to set the processed material at the absolute coordinate position when processing using a positioning jig, and when processing one item, at an immediate starting point.
■ Use a water -cooled laser tube
The water-cooled system adopted by the RSD-SUNMAX-GS-CMOS series requires a water-cooler (body accessories) outside the aircraft. However, water -cooled laser tubes are inexpensive and cost performance than air -cooled. Therefore, we have achieved cheaper prices compared to other companies' products with approximated size laser output.
■ Uses high -performance laser tubes
The RSD-SUNMAX-GS-CMOS series adopts high-performance and high-precision water-cooled laser pipe, in processing performance. , Realizes high response and stability. As a result, the roughness of the sculpture surface (carved) that was generated in the conventional water -cooled laser tube and the variation of the depth.
