About This Product

Ptfe is impregnated in the alkaline glass cloth and fired. Nitoflon ™ (Nitoflon) impregnated glass cloth is an alkaline glass cloth, and is integrated with a nurtured ethylene resin (PTFE), and has been fired. It has a feature.

■ Features・ There are three types with different smoothness.
・ No.970-2UL: General type, No.970-4ul: Smooth type, No.9700UL: High smooth type.
・ 4 bolded ethylene resin with a stable molecular structure, so it is not affected by most industrial drugs or solvents.
・ Continuous use is possible in a wide range from -100 ° C to 260 ° C. In addition to the high temperature of the cross base material and the good dimensional stability at ultra -low temperature, it has excellent thermal properties compared to other thermoplastic resin.
・ Both the dielectric rate and the dielectric dialogue are low, and it is stable at a wide range of frequencies.
・ It is excellent in weather resistance, moisture resistance, and pollution.
・ It has the lowest static friction coefficient in the solid material, and exerts a unique self -lubricity that the larger load becomes larger.
・ Excellent adhesion and separation, no adhesive substances, and can be easily separated by contact with the adhesive substance.
