About This Product
It is a film of fluorine resin (PTFE). It can be used in the temperature range from -100 ° C to 260 ° C, and is compatible with the flame-retardant standard of UL94 (V-0 or VTM-0). It has many excellent characteristics, such as heat resistance, electrical insulation, slipping, chemical resistance, and non -adhesive.
■ Features
・ There is a rich lineup of thickness with 0.03 to 1.5mm.
・ It has excellent drug resistance. Most acids, alkali, or organic solvents are not invaded.
・ Insulation destructive voltage has excellent electrical characteristics, such as high dielectric loss.
・ It can be used continuously from -100 ° C to 260 ° C (recommended value), and can be used at higher temperatures in a short time.
・ It has the lowest friction coefficient among solid materials.
・ Adhesive substances are difficult to adhere, and it can be easily separated even when contacted.
・ There is no hygroscopic properties, and there is little deterioration due to ultraviolet rays.
・ It has been certified by the flame-retardant standard of UL94 (V-0 or VTM-0, registration number E52859).
