■Main features
・Measurement range is 1μm at X: 650mm/Y: 45mm
・The two-dimensional data processing function does not require parallel alignment of the object to be measured, and calculates and prints out coordinate data according to processing items.
・The length measurement observation section is easy to operate and has excellent stability for fine movement adjustment.
-Using a high-sensitivity CCD camera, images are clear and stable length measurements are possible.
-Equipped with a digital electronic line as standard, and can accommodate various shapes of measurement points.
-The measuring table is a wide light table with excellent flatness and stability, making it suitable for large inspection objects that require transmission measurement. Additionally, the thickness of the object to be inspected can be up to 50mm, making it ideal for thick objects such as screen masks.
