About This Product

With a wide lineup, NITTO offers a "total solution for surface protection for laser processing." In addition to the conventional CO2 laser strong adhesive type, the CO2 laser medium adhesive type and fiber / CO2 combined type are added.

■ Features

・ There is no need to remove the film before processing, and work time can be reduced. ・ As a strong adhesive type that emphasizes the peeling of the assist gas, SPV-LG-4,002 (for CO2) and SPV-310GH5 (CO2, fiber use) have been available. -SPV-LG-4,000 (for CO2), SPV-LG-5,000 (CO2, fiber use) has been lined up as a medium adhesive type that emphasizes separation. ・ Chlorine gas does not occur during laser processing. ・ In addition, by cutting the pierced pier and the cutting portion twice, it is possible to finish it more neatly.

■ Use

・ Surface protection when transporting and processing stainless steel plates and aluminum plates. It can be processed with the tape attached even when cutting the laser. ・ It is also suitable for vendor processing.
