About This Product

This is a semi-metallic gasket made by laminating expanded graphite sheets or PTFE sheets on both sides of a metal ring with a special groove shape. The structure features a flat convex shape that greatly reduces damage to the flange.

■Features

・Can be used even under severe conditions with thermal cycles, and exhibits excellent sealing performance even with low tightening force. ・Since there is no need for an inner ring to prevent buckling, it can be designed with a narrow gasket width. ・There is no need to worry about it falling apart even with large diameters. - Suitable for equipment such as heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
