About This Product

■Shortcut to high pressure performance

N series boosters increase the pressure of existing systems up to 45bar. Kaeser offers a wide range of high-performance booster reciprocating compressors, all of which work perfectly with Kaeser rotary screw compressors and SIGMA PET AIR stations. N Series boosters are available with 1 or 2 cylinders and operate within the following performance parameters: ・Initial pressure max. 13bar - Discharge pressure max. 45bar ・Flow rate: 0.27 to 5.49 m3/min For any application that requires highly compressed process air rather than normal control or supply air, boosters are much more cost-effective than designing an entire high-pressure compressed air supply system. will be achieved. ■Advantages

Continuous operation at high pressures: Innovative features such as oil pressure lubrication and enhanced cylinder cooling ensure long life and low maintenance, while allowing the system to operate continuously at up to 45 bar. Extremely low oil demand: High-quality cylinders are plateau honed with an extra layer to prevent wear. These features keep oil consumption low over the service life. ・Especially for low-temperature compressed air: The 3-cylinder booster features a compressed air aftercooler equipped with an individual fan to keep the compressed air discharge temperature low. The booster can also be additionally equipped with a water-based aftercooler to maintain even lower temperatures.

■Applications with low air demand

The smaller models in this series are ideal for applications requiring low discharge air flow rates at pressures up to 40 bar. The compressors are equipped with single- or two-cylinder compressor blocks and are driven by high-efficiency motors with capacities up to 4kW. Kaeser designs and manufactures all compressor blocks in-house, thus guaranteeing the highest quality.

■Energy cost savings

High-quality premium efficiency electric motors achieve unparalleled efficiency to keep power consumption extremely low. There is an additional benefit due to lower operating temperatures.
