About This Product

■High-pressure booster for efficient compressed air supply

A Complete Package System Has It All: With a new design that takes about half the footprint of previous boosters, the CN C and DN C Series boosters are as good on the inside as they are on the outside. The new arrangement of components not only optimizes cooling airflow but also improves accessibility during maintenance. In addition, the enhanced Sigma Control 2 controller also features dynamic control with multiple new monitoring and control options and full compatibility with the Master Control System.

■Applications

PET bottle manufacturing, process air applications, nitrogen generation, high pressure for test facilities (pressure tests, burst pressure tests, pulse tests (brakes, coolers, etc.)).

■Advantages

Compact footprint: This unique compact package is space-saving yet powerful, without compromising performance, reliability, or energy efficiency. - Extremely easy installation: DN C and CN C boosters are ready to connect to the power supply. The system can be configured for a wide range of applications, including self-monitoring applications. - Savings on service costs: New design allows access from the front of the unit. This configuration was made possible by the new component arrangement. This makes maintenance tasks such as belt replacement easier to perform.

■New design for greater ease of use, greater efficiency and flexibility

・Long service life: The motor and air end are separated from the main body. Therefore, the effects of vibrations on the control cabinet, cooler, fan, and piping have been significantly reduced. - Optimized access during maintenance work: Side view with air cooler installed - Improved access with easily removable panels. - Improved maintenance work: belt replacement, solenoid valve maintenance (for nitrogen) or suction valve dust trap replacement.
