About This Product

■Lever fitting type Panel-to-cable/board-to-cable crimp/solder connection EMI countermeasures

・The QE6 series is a lever-fitting square connector that is a smaller and thinner version of our QE series, which has been used for many years in railway-related equipment. - Robust structure using a metal shell for the outer shell. - There are wire crimping type and board through-hole soldering type for wiring. ・The compact and robust structure allows it to be widely used in fields that require reliability and environmental resistance, such as railway vehicle-related equipment and various industrial electronic equipment. Features

■Achieve smaller size and thinner profile

Approximately 50% less mounting area compared to the conventional QE series. *Comparison between conventional QE 50-core product and QE6 40-core product

■Suitable for 19 inch subrack

- Dimensions and structure that allow mounting on 3U4HP size cards for 19-inch subracks (IEC60297-3-101) used in VME systems, etc. - Compatible with front access of rack plug-in modules.

■64 key positions can be set for the incorrect mating prevention key

Supports mounting of multiple connectors for equipment redundancy, etc.

■Common contacts with conventional QE series

・Electrical and mechanical reliability is ensured by sharing contacts with proven and reliable contacts. ・The crimping tool is also the same as for the QE series.

■EMI (emission) compatible

・Structure that takes into account emissions. ・Built-in GND bar forms a path from the wire shield to the device housing.

■Can also be used for Ethernet transmission

Satisfies ISO/IEC 11801 (general purpose telecommunications wiring system) connection equipment standard Cat.5

■Applications
