■Square all-plastic connector for industrial equipment

In order to meet these demands, we have developed the KN02 series, a composite type square connector that is made entirely of plastic and also supports EMI countermeasures. This product's outer shell is made of plastic to reduce weight, and the plastic surface of the outer shell is plated with metal to strengthen its shielding performance. In addition, the outer shell adopts a one-touch lock mating method with a lock spring integrally molded into the outer shell, making mating and unmating operability excellent, and the connector can be mated even in environments subject to vibration and shock. is kept safe

・Light weight and low cost due to all-plastic outer shell ・EMI countermeasures using outer shell resin plating and internal shielding material ・Easy and reliable mating operation with push-in one-touch lock structure ・Select the optimal number of poles by rearranging the insulator block, and support reverse cores by replacing the pins and sockets. ・Suitable for combining power and signals with a lineup of insulators that are shielded with shielding materials and provided with noise countermeasures. ・Plugs are available in straight and angled types. ・The angle plug allows the cable to be pulled out in 8 directions by changing the attachment position of the end bell.
