About This Product
■0.2mm pitch, total height 1mm or less FPC connector
This is a 0.2mm pitch, narrow pitch, lower contact FPC connector that is compatible with space saving in mobile devices such as mobile phones.
*Production of this connector series has been reduced due to decreased demand. Please refrain from hiring new employees as we will not be able to provide continuous supply.
■Features
・Narrow pitch space-saving FPC connector with a pitch of 0.2 mm, overall height of 1 mm or less, and depth of 2.85 mm.
・Applicable FPC thickness 0.15±0.02mm, bottom connection method, ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) insertion
・Ear-shaped protrusions are provided on the FPC outer shape to temporarily hold the FPC until actuator operation and prevent diagonal fitting during mating.
・Good actuator operation feeling
・Structure that allows the actuator to lock easily when closed
・Pattern wiring is possible on the bottom of the connector except for the terminals.
・Lead-free and halogen-free compatible
・Nickel barrier prevents solder from rising
