About This Product
■Card edge connector for power supply to LED lighting equipment
- JAE has developed and started selling the "ES6 series" for LED light bulbs and LED lighting equipment, which allows easy connection and assembly of LED mounting boards and power supply boards at the card edge.
・LED lighting equipment is rapidly becoming popular due to improved performance and increased environmental awareness among general consumers. In particular, the production and sales volume of LED light bulbs has increased significantly, and there is an urgent need to improve productivity and stabilize quality in the mass production of LED light bulbs.
・In addition to easy connection and assembly during mass production, the ES6 series also saves space when mounting boards, improving flexibility in board design for small LEDs, etc.
■Features
・Contributes to simplified assembly and automatic assembly by card edge connection between LED mounting board/power supply board.
- Adopts a terminal with a tuning fork structure that has high contact reliability even under long-term high-temperature environments.
-Supports automatic implementation. It has a wide suction space and can be used with standard suction nozzles.
・Achieves space saving when mounting on the board, and can also be used with small type lamps.
・The connector alone has acquired cULus certification, reducing the number of steps required for certification procedures for customers.
