In recent years, production lines using robots and automatic machines have become widespread at production sites to improve productivity, quality, and save labor, and board-to-board connectors are also compatible with robot assembly, have vibration resistance, and contact reliability. In addition to conventional board-to-board connectors, floating type connectors are increasingly being used to ensure high performance. In addition, as board layouts become more complex, connectors that can connect boards horizontally are required in cases where it is necessary to reduce the height including the board, or where components on the board interfere with parallel or vertical connections. Masu. Against this background, we have developed and started selling the ``AX03 series'' board-to-board floating connectors for horizontal connections.

・0.635mm pitch, horizontal connection (not compatible with AX01 series)
・Floating movement amount: X direction ± 0.5mm, Y direction ± 0.5mm
・Mating guide amount: X direction ± 0.6mm, Y direction ± 0.6mm
・The contact part uses roll surface connection to achieve low insertion/extraction force.
・Supports automatic implementation
・Supports the use of multiple connectors on the same board
