About This Product

■125℃ automotive compatible, board-to-board high-speed floating connector We have developed the floating type board-to-board connector "MA01 series". This product has a two-point contact structure to ensure higher reliability, and supports high-speed transmission exceeding 8Gbps. In addition, the usable temperature range is -40℃ to 125℃, making it compatible with the harsh temperature environment unique to automobiles. ■Features ・Floating movement amount: X direction ±0.5mm, Y direction ±0.5mm ・Tolerance between boards of ±0.5mm in Z-axis direction ・High contact reliability ensured by 2-point contact structure ・The contact part uses roll surface connection to achieve low insertion/extraction force. ・Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +125℃ ・Supports high-speed transmission 8 Gbps+ (10GBASE-KR, PCIe Gen3 equivalent) ・Achieves excellent mating workability due to the large guide shape, and supports automatic assembly and mating (mating guide amount: ±1.0 mm) ・Supports automatic implementation ・Supports multiple use ・Equipped with a key to prevent incorrect mating ■General specifications ・Number of poles: 30, 40, 60, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140 poles ・Pitch: 0.635mm pitch ・Rated current: 0.5A ・Rated voltage: AC 50 Vr.m.s. ・Contact resistance: initial 50mΩ or less ・After each test: 100 mΩ or less ・Withstand voltage: AC 250 Vr.m.s. for 1 minute ・Insulation resistance: 100 MΩ or more ・Mated height: 8, 10, 14, 20, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 30 mm ・Floating movement amount: X direction ±0.5 mm, Y direction ±0.5 mm ・Mating/unmating life: 100 times ・Operating temperature range: 40℃ to +125℃ (including temperature rise when energized)
