About This Product

The high-output fiber laser processing unit TLFD-100 is a full-fledged processing unit that combines absolute processing capability with high output (100W) and the ease and versatility of a laser marker. The laser oscillator, galvano scanner and control unit are compactly integrated, so even beginners of laser processing can use it with confidence.

■Reducing the thermal effect on the workpiece by switching the pulse width

Pulse width (20/30/60/120 nanoseconds) and repetition frequency (50 to 1000kHz)* can be changed depending on the processing purpose. By setting the pulse width to a short pulse, a high peak output can be obtained, allowing for clean machining with less heat influence. *When pulse width is 20nsec or 30nsec

■High output reduces machining time

The high output of 100W (about twice that of a general-purpose laser marker) allows for faster and deeper processing. Since machining time can be shortened, productivity can be expected to improve.

■Position repeatability of 1µm or less using digital encoder

Laser beam scanning is performed using a digital galvano scanner, so processing can be performed with approximately 10 times the positional accuracy of laser markers.
