About This Product

The DTP-300C-W tabletop one-pass food printer that supports white ink is a printer that prints on food using edible ink. The mainstream of desktop printers is the serial head type, where the print head drips ink as it moves back and forth, but [DTP-300C-W] is a one-pass printer that transports the workpiece with the print head fixed and drips ink as it passes. (single pass) method is adopted.

It can print at speeds of up to 20m/min.

■Compact design that can be installed anywhereIn addition to its compact design of 60cm wide x 58cm deep x 58cm high, it can be installed anywhere as it is powered by AC100V power.

■Pursuing easy operation・Touch panel: Operations such as selecting the print image, setting the number of prints, and starting printing can be performed using the central touch panel. The dedicated app can be easily operated with a simple interface.
- Conveyor dial: Conveyor running/stopping and speed settings can be easily set using dials and switches.
- Elevating handle: The position of the print head can be adjusted using the elevating handle, making it easy to print workpieces of different heights.
- Print data: Print data supports image formats (jpg, bmp, png, tiff) and can be easily imported via USB. You can set the number of copies for each print data, so there is no need to change lots to change the print image.

■Suitable for printing all kinds of food products・You can print not only on dark-colored works such as chocolate cookies, but also on conventional light-colored works (*1). Also, because the discharge speed is fast, it is possible to print on cylindrical foods with rounded printing surfaces (*2)
・ (*1) Printing on workpieces that contain a lot of oil on the printing surface requires drying time. (*2) A special jig for fixing the workpiece is required.
