About This Product

■NanoDisc BD Kit

This kit combines the optimal reagents for synthesizing NanoDiscs, allowing you to obtain high-quality and high-yield NanoDiscs.

■Product features

・NanoDisc is synthesized by co-expressing MSP (membrane scaffold protein) mRNA and target membrane protein mRNA in the presence of Asolectine liposome without using detergents [patent pending]. ・The kit consists of the translation reaction solution WEPRO7240ND for NanoDisc synthesis and reagents for five 2ml reaction scale bilayer–dialysis (BD) reactions. ・Synthesized NanoDiscs can be detected by SDS-PAGE/CBB staining.

■Recommended for the following people

・Users who require membrane protein yields in the hundreds of micrograms ・Those who want to perform interaction analysis ・Those who want to perform structural analysis of membrane proteins Note) This kit does not include a dialysis device. Separately required Slide-A-LyzerTM MINI Dialysis Devices, 10K MWCO (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.).

We perform purification, expression confirmation, solubility confirmation, activity confirmation, etc. according to the customer's purpose. Domestic laws and regulations
