About This Product

■ProteoLiposome BD Expression Kit

-A set of reagents necessary for proteoliposome synthesis using membrane protein dialysis multilayer method. ・You can obtain more than twice the protein yield compared to the "Proteoliposome Expression Kit" which uses the multilayer method, and depending on the type of membrane protein, membrane proteins that were not confirmed to be synthesized using the multilayer method may be synthesized. ・Ideal for mass synthesis of membrane proteins.

■Features

・Membrane proteins are synthesized as proteoliposomes using liposomes. ・Can be used for 6 reactions using 2.5 ml reaction scale dialysis multilayer method. ・Target protein can be confirmed by SDS-PAGE/CBB staining.

■Recommended for the following people.

・Those who need several mg of membrane protein ・Those who want to use membrane proteins to produce antigens for antibodies ・Those who want to use it for interaction analysis ・Those who want to improve membrane protein synthesis ・Those who want to reduce costs associated with membrane protein synthesis *You can select the type of dedicated expression vector according to your purpose when ordering. *This kit does not include a dialysis layer device. Separately required Thermo Scientific Slide-A-LyzerTM MINI Dialysis Devices, 10K MWCO.

We perform purification, expression confirmation, solubility confirmation, activity confirmation, etc. according to the customer's purpose. The particle size of the azolectin liposome used in this product shows a distribution peak at approximately 150 nm (based on scattered light intensity) after sonication, making it nearly monodisperse.
