About This Product
The pEU vector is a dedicated expression vector optimized for pUC19 to maximize synthesis efficiency in the wheat cell-free protein synthesis system. By introducing bacteriophage SP6 as the transcription promoter and the completely artificial sequence E01 selected from a random nucleic acid sequence pool as the translation enhancer, we can create mRNA with high translation activity and achieve the maximum effect on protein synthesis.
We also offer vectors with His, GST, and DYKDDDDK tags suitable for affinity purification. You can choose according to your usage situation.
Since a His tag is attached, His tag purification is possible simply by inserting the target gene through restriction enzyme treatment. Furthermore, since a TEV protease recognition sequence is added between the His tag and the target gene sequence, it is possible to cleave the His tag with TEV protease.
