About This Product
It is the industry standard for microspectroscopy in the industrial field. In recent years, there has been a growing need for spectroscopic measurements at minute sizes in the manufacturing and development of microdevices in various fields. We offer highly accurate and highly stable microscopic spectroscopic measurement technology in the microscopic region from 2 μm.
■LVmicro-Z/1 mainly uses a 5x objective lens.
This series is based on measurement using a 5x objective lens (15μm/30μm spot size). Not equipped with autofocus (manual focus only)
■LVmicro-Z/2 Focuses on measurements with 20x/50x objective lenses, and can measure spot sizes from 2 µm.
Compared to the LVmicro-Z/1, it has greater rigidity and is more resistant to vibrations, enabling stable micro-spot measurement.
■Features
・A minimum area of 2μm can be measured. (If the vibration is minute, a high-precision vibration isolation table may be required as a measurement environment.)
- Only the observation area is irradiated with light, and no data is generated from other areas. (Naora small hole measurement)
- Autofocus standard equipment (LVmicro-Z/2) minimizes individual errors, and Z-axis sample vertical movement uses an automatic stage.
- Equipped with an image observation USB camera as standard, allowing image storage. (Also used for autofocus)
- Since the observation area is illuminated with pointer light, it is obvious at a glance which position is being measured.
・In addition to the pointer light mentioned above, there is a general illumination (white LED used) for observing the entire image of the sample, and it is automatically turned off during spectroscopic measurements.
・The spectroscopic light source uses a highly accurate stabilized halogen lamp and stabilized power supply.
・6 inch/8 inch/14 inch sample tables are also available (manual). Automatic stage available as an option.
- A high-sensitivity CCD is used in the spectral detection part, enabling stable measurement even with weak signals from minute areas.
-Currently, a data matching correction function is available for those who are collecting data with spectrometers from other companies.
-Equipped with various management functions, it is possible to set control ranges based on chromaticity, transmittance, etc., and determine acceptable products and defective products.
