2ch oven controller for bread making and confectionery. Eight process programs can be set for each of the 15 menus.
■For bread making and confectionery only
This is a 2-channel control (top heat temperature control/bottom heat temperature control) temperature control device developed for bread and confectionery ovens.
■Program functions available
Eight processes can be set for each of the 15 menus. When adding 30 memory (option: M30), there will be a maximum of 30 menus.
■Equipped with various auxiliary output terminals as standard
Standard equipment includes lighting output, buzzer output, boiler output, steam output, and fan output.
■Remote input function (optional)
Remote input is a function that starts/stops control using external contact signals. By using this function and connecting to a calendar timer, you can preheat the oven before operation.
