About This Product

Gland packing for high temperatures and medium pressures, made of graphite fiber reinforced with heat-resistant metal wire and braided into a rectangular cross section.

■Features

Excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. It is flexible and highly elastic, and exhibits stable sealing performance. *A sister product "S-2351L" whose surface is treated with lubricant to reduce shaft resistance is also available. *A sister product "S-2351G" whose surface is treated with graphite to prevent seizure is also available.

■Applications

For rotating equipment such as agitators that handle corrosive fluids, for valves, chemical pumps, and reciprocating equipment that require corrosion resistance and non-contamination.

■Terms of use

・Maximum operating temperature: -200℃ to 600℃ (oxidizing atmosphere: 400℃) ・Maximum working pressure: 2.0MPa ・Maximum operating speed: 10m/s ・Allowable PV value: 15.0MPa・m/s ・PH: 0-14
