About This Product

A gland packing made of special 100% PTFE fibers braided into a square cross section. *For stable use in rotating equipment, please use a lubricant (such as cooking oil) that does not affect the fluid.

■Features

Conforms to the Food Sanitation Act, food, additive standards, etc. Has excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to corrosive fluids (strong acids and strong alkalis). Because it is white, it can be used for fluid applications where black color is not preferred.

■Applications

For rotating equipment such as agitators and screw feeders, for rotary pumps, and for general-purpose valves.

■Terms of use

・Maximum operating temperature: 260℃ ・Maximum working pressure: 2.0MPa (pump), 5.0MPa (valve) ・Maximum operating speed: 4m/s ・Allowable PV value: 4.0MPa・m/s ・PH: 0-14
