About This Product
This sheet gasket is made of 100% expanded PTFE and has excellent flexibility and workability, as well as heat resistance, chemical resistance, creep resistance, and cleanability.
■Features
It has excellent conformability and can be easily sealed even on slightly irregular surfaces. It has very little thermal creep and can be used even in high temperature locations (315℃).
■Applications
Flanges for various piping, valves, pumps, industrial machinery, gaskets for electrical insulation materials, semiconductor/FPD manufacturing equipment, etc.
■Size
・Thickness: 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.5mm
・Standard size: 1,500mm x 1,500mm
■Terms of use
・Temperature: -269 to 315℃
・Pressure: Medium vacuum ~ 5.2MPa
