■Summary

This is a vinyl cabtyre (VCT) cable with a new structure that has the effect of reducing conduction noise generated from switching equipment such as inverters. By bringing the distance between the ground wire and power line close while maintaining a balance between the three cores of the ground wire and power line, the impedance between the lines is reduced, and the effect of removing noise components transmitted through the cable is reduced using a shielded vinyl cabtire (VCT-SB). ) It was raised to the same level as the cable.

■Features

・Despite being non-shielded, it exhibits noise resistance (noise reduction effect) equivalent to that of a shielded cable. -Achieved approximately 5 to 10% smaller diameter and lighter weight than conventional cabtire cables (VCT) and approximately 20% compared to shielded cabtire cables (VCT-SB). ・Noise resistance can be achieved by simply connecting the divided drain wires to ground all at once. Terminal processing is easy because troublesome shield processing is not required. -Compliant with the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (PSE). ・Compliant with RoHS Directive. ・The sales length is set in 10m increments, and we deliver the required quantity to the customer.

■Applications

- As a power cable for inverter control equipment. Switching noise generated by the inverter is released to earth, reducing the effect of noise on equipment. (Application examples) Inverter-controlled motor-driven equipment (elevators, pumps, air conditioners, etc.), power supplies, lighting equipment, etc. - As a power cable in factories and offices. Reduces noise entering the power line from the outside and prevents malfunctions in electrical and electronic equipment.
