About This Product

■Summary

With a unique cable structure (patent pending), this motor drive cable can significantly reduce the effects of conducted noise caused by inverter switching.

■Features

・Despite being non-shielded, it exhibits the same noise resistance (noise reduction effect) as a shielded cable. -Achieved approximately 15% smaller diameter and 20% lighter weight than shielded cable (VCT-SB). ・Compared to general cabtire cable (VCT), it is more flexible and easier to handle when laying. - Noise resistance can be achieved by simply connecting the drain wire to ground all at once. Terminal processing is easy because troublesome shield processing is not required. ・We offer a lineup of movable cables to meet the needs of FA, which requires high bending reliability. - Utilizing the features of the cable structure, it exhibits excellent bending resistance. ・This is an environmentally friendly product. Compliant with RoHS Directive.

■Applications

- Ideal as a drive cable for motors controlled by inverters. ・In addition to motor drive applications, it can also be used as a noise countermeasure for various devices controlled by inverters. (If you are using it for a CNC (numerical control device), it will be a dedicated cable for the CNC device manufactured by FANUC Co., Ltd.) - Can be used for power supplies such as motor drive devices (inverter control), elevators, pumps, air conditioners, machine tools, robots, and loading equipment.

■Performance

By reducing the impedance between the power line and the ground (shield), noise current flows more easily to the ground, improving noise resistance (=noise current recovery effect)
