■About the ultrasonic bolt axial force meter USone

USone is a high-performance ultrasonic bolt axial force meter that achieves amazing performance in a palm-sized case weighing only 460g. Achieves ultra-high resolution of "axial force 0.001 KN, elongation 0.01 μm, time 0.01 nanosecond", which is the same as the higher-end model MC950, and also supports bolt axial force measurement in the plastic region and dynamic axial force measurement. . Considering workability on site, it can be powered by a PC's USB and mobile battery, and does not require an AC power source. USone packs amazing performance into a body weighing only 460g, providing the ultimate solution for verifying and analyzing all bolt-tightening problems.

■Summary

USone is a compact ultrasonic bolt axial force that achieves the same ultra-high resolution of ``axial force 0.001KN, elongation 0.01μm, and time 0.01 nanoseconds'' as the higher-end model MC950. Unlike general ultrasonic bolt axial force meters, it is also possible to continuously measure dynamic axial force over a certain period of time during bolt tightening processes and durability/vibration experiments. It supports high-speed measurement of up to 4,000 points/second, and is compatible with dynamic measurements for a variety of applications, from measurements of a few seconds to long-term measurements of over 10 hours. In addition, measurement results are displayed in real time in graphs and numbers. The software uses the same MC911 software as the MC950, and the calibration data collected on the MC950 can be used as is on the USone. Furthermore, like the MC950, it can also measure bolt axial force in the plastic region. Basic configuration of 1 channel for axial force measurement, with optional low-level analog input terminal for linking with torque sensor and load cell, high-level analog input terminal for linking with tensile testing machine (Amsler), and analog output terminal for external output of axial force. can be expanded. It can be used not only as a simple ultrasonic bolt axial force meter, but also as a high-performance ultrasonic bolt axial force meter that can perform all types of analysis of bolt connections.
