■About the ultrasonic bolt axial force meter MC950

MC950 is a new generation ultrasonic bolt axial force meter developed with a completely different concept from conventional ultrasonic bolt axial force meters. In addition to unparalleled overwhelming high resolution (axial force 0.001KN, elongation 0.01μm, time 0.01ns), it also supports bolt axial force measurement in the plastic region and dynamic axial force measurement. did. Dynamic axial force measurement measures not only one bolt but up to eight bolts at the same time. By using the optional torque sensor (TAU), you can measure axial force, torque, and angle during bolt tightening in real time. You can also get one. Furthermore, it is equipped with a wide range of input/output functions, and supports the import of data measured by external devices and the external output of the axial force measured by the MC950.

■Summary

MC950 is an innovative ultrasonic bolt axial force meter that can simultaneously measure the axial force, torque, and angle of up to 8 bolts (4 for the portable version). In addition to the high resolution of "axial force 0.001 KN, elongation 0.01 μm, time 0.01 nanosecond", it is also possible to continuously measure dynamic axial force over a certain period of time during bolt tightening processes and durability/vibration experiments. It supports high-speed sampling of up to 4,000 points/second, and can be used for dynamic measurements in a variety of applications, from measurements of a few seconds to long-term measurements of over 10 hours. The software uses the same MC911 software as USone, and the calibration data collected with USone can be used as is with MC950. In addition to the 8 channels of axial force measurement (4 channels in the portable version), external devices such as torque sensors and load cells can be used simultaneously on 8 channels (4 channels in the portable version). Furthermore, it is equipped with a wide range of input/output functions such as analog output of axial force (0 to 10V) and stop signal to the nutrunner. MC950 is a new generation ultrasonic bolt axial force meter developed for the verification and analysis of all bolt tightening problems.
