■Summary

AiC-CL series is a closed loop stepping system compatible with CC-Link communication. This product can be controlled in a Mitsubishi PLC control environment through CC-Link communication without a separate motion module or controller, reducing wiring and installation space. In addition, it is now possible to control up to 42 axes individually and simultaneously, improving convenience.

■Closed loop stepping control

By feeding back real-time position information using an encoder attached to the rear of the stepping motor, we have solved both the step-out phenomenon, which is a disadvantage of stepping, and the hunting phenomenon, which is a disadvantage of servo control.

■CC-Link communication control

The CC-Link communication type AiC-CL series can be controlled in a Mitsubishi PLC control environment without a separate motion module or controller, and is capable of individual and simultaneous multi-axis control of up to 42 axes.

■Motion device program provided by atMotion

The intuitive UI of the motion device integrated management program atMotion has improved the convenience of parameter setting and monitoring.

■Lineup of models with brakes

A motor with a brake and a control driver enable stable control in vertical load environments. Clean wiring management is possible by mounting the brake on the rear side and configuring the brake connector separately.
