About This Product

■SummaryAiSA series is a pulse train input type AC power closed loop stepping system. This product does not require SMPS when connected to a power supply, and achieves higher torque in the high-speed range compared to DC power input. Additionally, by supporting automatic Current Down mode, the supplied current can be automatically adjusted according to load fluctuations during stoppage, minimizing motor heat generation.

・AC power supply 200-240VAC support
・Supports simple operating environment settings using external switches (Gain, speed filter, in-position, resolution settings)
・Alarms and status can be checked on the 7-segment display
・Supports torque control mode (limited to AiSA-□-B model)
・Supports automatic current down mode
・Supports motor lineup with brakes
・Supports geared/rotary actuator integrated motor lineup

■Closed loop stepping controlBy feeding back real-time position information using an encoder attached to the rear of the stepping motor, we have solved both the step-out phenomenon, which is a disadvantage of stepping, and the hunting phenomenon, which is a disadvantage of servo control.

■AC power inputThe closed-loop stepping system with AC power input does not require a separate SMPS when connecting the power supply, and is capable of high-torque control in the high-speed range compared to DC power input.

■Supports automatic current down modeThe automatic current down mode automatically adjusts the current supplied to the motor up to the maximum torque according to the load when stopped, minimizing heat generation in the motor.

■Supports torque control modeIt supports a torque control mode that maintains the set torque constant when driving the motor, allowing more precise work. (Limited to AiSA-□-B model)

■Tuning with external switchExternal switches allow easy on-site settings for operating environment and range.

■Lineup of models with brakesA motor with a brake and a control driver enable stable control in vertical load environments. Clean wiring management is possible by mounting the brake on the rear side and configuring the brake connector separately.
