About This Product

This is an air-hydraulic conversion pressure intensifier that can generate high hydraulic pressure 5 to 100 times the air pressure. Please use it not only as a hydraulic cylinder but also as a hydraulic power source for various single-acting clamp devices. Multiple actuators can be controlled with one unit.

■Summary

A lash booster is a hydraulic pressure generator that can generate high-pressure hydraulic pressure from compressed air. It operates with a single pneumatic pulp and can convert to high pressure hydraulic pressure equivalent to 5 to 100 times the air pressure. Please use it as a hydraulic power source for small stroke hydraulic cylinders, automatic clamping devices, etc.

■Features

・Air pressure of 0.4MPa generates hydraulic pressure of 2~40MPa. - Operates using air pressure, so there are no problems caused by oil temperature rise, even when operating continuously or maintaining pressure. - Hydraulic pressure can be changed steplessly by changing air pressure. ・Control can be performed with a single pneumatic pulp. - No surge pressure is generated, and there is no need for buffer auxiliary devices such as accumulators.
