About This Product
This is an air-hydraulic conversion pressure intensifier that can generate large-capacity hydraulic pressure and high hydraulic pressure equivalent to air pressure. A high output system can be constructed using an air circuit instead of a hydraulic unit. Suitable for equipment and processes that operate hydraulic cylinders at high speed and process workpieces with high hydraulic pressure. Multiple actuators can be controlled with one unit.
■Summary
The pneumatic booster is a two-stage hydraulic pressure generator that can efficiently generate a large volume of oil and high pressure hydraulic pressure using compressed air. Hydraulic Pump Commercially available hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic equipment can be operated using pneumatic solenoid valves without the need for hydraulic solenoid valves.

・You can obtain high-pressure hydraulic pressure (up to 21MPa) and low-pressure, large-capacity hydraulic power source using only air pressure.
・Two-stage discharge operation can be easily performed using the pneumatic switching valve.
・Air consumption is lower than that of a pneumatic cylinder to generate the same amount of thrust.
・Due to its unique structure, stable operation can be maintained without the need for air mixing or air bleeding operations.
・The structure is simple, so there are no problems.
- Stable operation is achieved because there is no rise in oil temperature.
- Hydraulic pressure can be changed steplessly by changing air pressure.
