About This Product

You can get the same thrust as a hydraulic cylinder with the feeling of operating an air cylinder. An air cylinder with an integrated air-hydraulic conversion pressure intensifier that allows rapid feed with hydraulic pressure equivalent to air pressure and high hydraulic pressure feed with a built-in booster. Please use it for various press processing devices such as caulking, press-fitting, and drilling, clamping devices, and stamping devices. 5 to 440kN types are available.

■Summary

Pneumatic Power Cylinder is a booster-type air cylinder that uses compressed air as its driving source and combines high-speed operation and high-thrust operation with a uniquely developed air-hydraulic conversion mechanism. The moving stroke, which does not require high thrust, operates at high speed using pneumatic cylinder thrust, and the machining stroke generates a maximum thrust of 5 to 440 kN. Equipment for press-fitting, caulking, cutting, crimping, bending, stamping, drilling, clamping, etc. can be constructed with a simple pneumatic circuit.

(200mm within 0.5 seconds) ・The structure is simple, so there are no problems. ・Control can be performed only by pneumatic pulp. - Thrust can be changed steplessly by changing air pressure. ・Type with switch (PCMW, PCSW, PCHW) The basic model uses a proximity sensor, limit switch, etc. to detect the position, but the type with switch can easily detect the position by installing an auto switch on the hydraulic cylinder. Masu. - Type with valve (PCMV PCSV PCHV*) Equipped with a solenoid valve for actuation, so all you need to do is connect the pressure source to the piping, which saves man-hours. Type with 9 valves and switch (PCMVXW, PCSVXW, PCHVXW) This type is equipped with a solenoid valve and switch, making it extremely easy to use. ・The valve-equipped type can be equipped with a spacer type regulator to adjust only high thrust, a valve to prevent falling when the supply air is cut off, etc. ・Type with stop valve Emergency stop and inching operation can be performed on the spot. (It can also be used for switching the return position of the cylinder, continuous operation with only high thrust strokes, etc.)
