■What is sealed product air leak test equipment?
This is an air leak test device that tests the airtightness, sealability, and waterproofness of electrical equipment, packaging containers (cosmetics, food), etc. We inspect products such as smartphones, tablets, keyless switches, watches, bottle containers, and cosmetic containers (eyeliner, mascara) for leaks.

Sealing and airtightness inspections are essential to prevent the deterioration and deterioration of sealed products. Defects that impair sealing performance, such as pinholes or poor seals, can lead to quality defects and serious problems. Generally, sealing and waterproofing tests include submersion tests, penetrating liquid methods (visual inspections), and strain measurements.
Air leak tests measure leaks using air pressure differences, so there is no need to use water, and compared to these measurement methods, air leak tests have the advantage of being easier to manage numerical values and less prone to human error. In addition, since it is possible to convert the air leak amount (air leak amount) to the water leak amount, it is very convenient for determining leak standards for pass/fail judgments based on the logic and validity of the set values.

By performing an air leak test that corresponds to the water leakage tolerance equivalent to IPX7 and IPX8, quality control based on the "air leakage amount (value)" becomes possible, and the leakage of defective products is more reliably prevented.
